The first half of the year has gone and God has blessed us with a new Malaysia and many other wonderful changes. As we embark on the exciting second half of the year, we are reminded of our New Life theme of “Kingdom Family Blessings”. Indeed has blessed us tremendously and the best is yet to come!
The grand plan of New Life group of churches has always been, Bringing up People, Building the Church, Blessing the Nations.
In this respect, we have much to learn from geese. Geese really know how to build each other up. Observing the flying patterns of geese, we come to understand why they position themselves this way. As each bird flaps its wings, it creates an uplift for the bird immediately following it. The whole flock has a 70 percent greater flying range than a goose flying alone!
As community of believers flowing and working together, we have the ability to encourage one another and lift one another up. And we can go a lot farther together than we can alone.
Each of us has the ability to impact the people around us more than we think.
We need one another. By sharing a sense of community, we can get where we’re going easier and quicker.
Whenever a goose falls out of formation, it suddenly feels the drag and resistance of trying to go it alone. Quickly it gets back into formation. Let’s resolve never to “fly solo” any more.
